On the morning of November 21st, our college and Flinders University co-organized the opening ceremony of the Master’s Degree Programs of International Relations and Trade and Hospital Management in the School of Economics of Nankai University.
Professor Jacinta Ryan, representative of Flinders’ MHA program, and Professor Peter Lennox, representative of Flinders’ MAIRET program, Luo Yanan, Vice Dean of the Graduate School of Nankai University, Liu Binglian, Vice Dean of the College of Economic and Social Development and Zhang Ning, Director of the International Academic Exchange Office and more than 170 freshmen from the three programs attended the ceremony
Professor Ryan and Mr. Zhang delivered speeches on behalf of the two universities. Both agreed on the importance of the sincere cooperation in the past two decades and the future work to be done.
Professor Liu spoke on behalf of the College of Economic and Social Development. He encouraged students to cherish the learning opportunities they will find during these two years.
Li Ye, a student from MAIRET and Kong Lingjun, from MHA expressed their yearning and expectations as Nankai students in their speeches.
