The Chinese Academy of Artificial Intelligence Assembly was held on January 17th at the College of Economic and Social Development.

GONG Ke and WANG Lei, Executive Dean and Vice Dean of the Chinese Academy of Artificial Intelligence, and staff members of the Research Office and Administrative Office were present at the meeting.
Professor DU Chuanzhong, Director of the Institute of Industrial Economics at the College of Economic and Social Development, also attended the Assembly. He presented a report about the research projects undertaken and exchanged ideas with the Academic Committee experts.  
The foundation of the Chinese Academy of Artificial Intelligence, a joint project between the Chinese Academy of Engineering and the Tianjin Municipal People’s Government was carried out with the support and collaboration of Nankai University. The Academy aims to the development of the Artificial Intelligence technology in our country, providing guidance on strategic planning of the Industrial Reform programs.
