Recently, Professor Bai Xuejie from our institute led a team to Zhejiang Province for a specialized research study. The team gained insights into enterprises' practical experiences and innovative strategies in digital transformation through roundtable discussions and on-site visits.

The research team first visited Linhai City, where they engaged with executives from Linhai Industrial Brain Co., Ltd(产业大脑有限公司). During the discussions, the team explored the critical role of industrial internet technologies in enhancing supply chain collaboration and driving digital transformation in enterprises.

Subsequently, the team visited the Ningbo Industrial Internet Research Institute, Ningbo Shuyi Gonglian Technology Co., Ltd.(宁波数益工联科技有限公司）, and Ningbo Jiangchuang Garment Technology Co., Ltd.（宁波匠创服饰科技有限公司）. At the Ningbo Industrial Internet Research Institute, the team reviewed the progress of platform development and its application cases within the digital ecosystem. At Shuyi Gonglian Technology Co., Ltd., they learned about its industrial internet solutions and technological advantages in intelligent upgrades for small and medium-sized enterprises. As a transformed company in the traditional industry, Ningbo Jiangchuang Garment Technology Co., Ltd. demonstrated how its digitalized R&D and supply chain integration services have elevated its position in the value chain.

The research team then traveled to Shaoxing City, where they visited Zhejiang Tuoman Technology Co., Ltd.（浙江陀曼科技股份有限公司） and Shaoxing Fuqing Medical (Full Care) Group. At Tuoman Technology, the team examined the impact of its independently developed intelligent production lines. Fuqing Medical Group showcased its latest advancements in the digitalization of medical device R&D, manufacturing, and warehouse management since 2022. The team focused on discussing the effectiveness of technological upgrades, as well as the potential and challenges of leveraging these advancements for producing high-quality, differentiated products.

During the research visit, Professor Bai Xuejie and her team engaged in in-depth discussions with heads of relevant departments within the enterprises. The conversations covered key topics such as technological innovation, ecosystem development, and policy support.
