Recently, the qualification evaluation for the Master of Engineering Management (MEM) professional degree program at Nankai University, jointly organized by our institute and the Business School, was successfully completed.
A panel of five distinguished experts conducted the periodic evaluation, including:
Professor Wang Xueqing, Member of the National Steering Committee for Engineering Management Professional Graduate Education and faculty member in the Department of Engineering Management, School of Management and Economics, Tianjin University.
Professor Zhen Lu, Dean of the School of Management, Shanghai University.
Professor Liu Weihua, Member of the Ministry of Education's Logistics Management and Engineering Professional Teaching Advisory Committee and Head of the Department of Operations and Supply Chain Management, Tianjin University.
Professor Li Guo, Head of the Department of Management Science and Logistics, Beijing Institute of Technology.

The evaluation provided a comprehensive review of the MEM program, affirming its quality and laying a solid foundation for its continued development.
The meeting was chaired by Professor Liu Binglian, Dean of the institute. Professor Xiao Jianhua, Director of the Modern Logistics Research Center, provided a comprehensive report on the development and progress of the Master of Engineering Management (MEM) program.
The expert panel conducted a thorough review by listening to the report, examining evaluation materials, and engaging in questions and discussions, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the overall development and full process of talent cultivation within the MEM program at Nankai University.
The panel highly commended the achievements of the program and unanimously agreed to approve its qualification evaluation.
Professor Liu Binglian emphasized that the program would actively incorporate the recommendations from the evaluation, formulate policies and measures aligned with the program's development, continuously enhance its structure, and improve the quality and level of talent cultivation.
