Recently, the China National Knowledge Infrastructure (China National Knowledge Infrastructure, CNKI) released its 2025 National Highly Cited Scholars List. Based on a vast database of Chinese academic publications, the ranking identifies Chinese scholars with outstanding academic influence over the past decade.

In this year's ranking, Nankai University had 439 scholars selected, among whom 223 scholars were included in the prestigious Top 1% Highly Cited Scholars category.

A total of 16 faculty members from our school were recognized on the list, including 12 scholars who successfully entered the Top 1% category.

This achievement reflects the remarkable progress our school has made in recent years in disciplinary development and demonstrates the strong research capabilities and academic influence of our faculty in the field of Applied Economics.
