In collaboration with Flinders University to create three part-time M.A. programs with a focus on real-world practice.
This project is currently the only collaborative master's program in the field of education management in China. The program aims to help education managers improve their management level and comprehensive abilities, and cultivate versatile talents with an international perspective and a mastery of advanced management concepts and methods for China’s education field by leveraging its high-level, international faculty and introducing the high-quality education management curriculum resources of Flinders University.
From its inception in 2011 to 2022, the program has been held successfully 12 times, recruiting nearly 1000 students. 80% of graduates are middle and senior management personnel at various schools.
• Two-year on-the-job master's degree program
• Flinders University issued admission letters
• Instruction concentrated on campus at Nankai University
• Student Information registered with the Chinese Ministry of Education Regulatory Information Platform
• Flinders University issued master's degree certificate, which can be certified at the Overseas Study Service Centre of the Chinese Ministry of Education
