International Collaboration Programs

In collaboration with Flinders University to create three part-time M.A. programs with a focus on real-world practice.

Program Overview

Nankai University and Flinders University, in Australia, have collaborated to offer a Master of Hospital Management degree program since 2003. This project is the only Sino-foreign collaborative master's degree program in the field of hospital management in China, bringing together first-class teachers and curriculum resources from two universities in the fields of management and medicine. The project introduces advanced, international hospital management concepts and cultivates a wealth of professional management talents for the Chinese medical and health field.

This programme has been run successfully 30 times, recruiting nearly 4000 students, covering the medical and health industry in major domestic cities such as Tianjin, Beijing, Shanghai, Hangzhou, Guangzhou, Nanjing, Xiamen, Xi'an, Kunming, and Shenzhen. Among our graduates, 20% have become presidents of hospitals, while another 45% have become senior management personnel.
